Summary:
- Provides evaluation, direct care, and referrals to team members utilizing observation and documentation of objective and subjective data skills, while practicing in accordance with legal parameters, guidelines, and standards for occupational and industrial nursing.
- Possess a working knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Americans with Disability Act Amendment Act (ADAAA), and National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) resources.
- Possesses additional working knowledge of worker's compensation injury and illness, phlebotomy skills, drug screening, and placement evaluations.
- Additional responsibilities include assisting with ADAAA as needed, and providing coverage at all BayCare employee health locations.
- Based on hiring volume, workload, special events, and staffing needs, travel to all BayCare locations may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED
- Required Credentials: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and BLS (Basic Life Support) Required Experience: 1-2 years LPN experience
