Quad Nurse is a licensed nurse registry in Ocala Florida and Jacksonville. We're seeking professional caregivers to provide home care services! Our goal is to match qualified caregivers with clients who are seeking professional home care services for themselves or their loved ones.
Caregiver Responsibilities (but are not limited to):
-Assist with daily activities (feeding, bathing, toileting, personal care, meal prep, etc.)
-Assist with mobility, transfers and range of motion exercises.
-Provide companionship and respite services for the family.
-Transporting to appointment or running errands.
Requirements:
- 2 years of home care experience
- A valid Driver's license
- Your own reliable transportation
- LPN or RN certificate or degree
- Valid social security card, passport, or work visa
Upon Hire:
- HIV/AIDS training certificate
- Alzheimer's training
- Current Level II Background check filed with AHCA
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications
- Current physician statement of health
