Summary:
- Assist the Chief Compliance Officer to continuously develop the Health Plans Compliance and Ethics Programs.
- Plan, develop, and perform reviews and audits to monitor compliance with federal and state regulations/guidance, delegation oversight and internal policies and procedures.
- Identify root causes of deficiencies, create corrective actions plans and conduct follow-up reviews to validate adherence. Have expert knowledge of laws, regulations, and related matters relevant to the operations of government sponsored Health Plans.
- Possess a high level of motivation and professionalism and demonstrates ethical conduct and good judgment at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5 years of Medicare compliance experience
- Required - Bachelors - Business; Or - Bachelors - Finance; Or - Bachelors - Related Field
