Positions details:
- Location: Mease Dunedin Hospital – Medical/Surgical ICU – Dunedin, Florida
- Status: Full Time
- Shift: Varies
- Every other weekend requirement
- On Call: No
- Always in person

Requirements:
- RN (Registered Nurse) License
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing OR Higher
- 2-years' RN experience in the ICU in an Acute Care setting
- BLS certification with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- Preferred experience - 1 year of Nursing Leadership Preferred certification - CCRN
The Assistant Nurse Manager - Patient Care Leader – ICU responsibilities and skills:
- Proficient in the care of a patient population utilizing effective management skills
- Supports the Nurse Manager in a supervisory capacity while managing team member and patient care issue
- Ongoing team member performance appraisal and the hiring, counseling and terminating process
- Acts as a role model for other team members and the communication of organizational information
- Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
