Summary:
Responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. Balance staffing on a shift-by-shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Is a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances.
Minimum Qualifications:

- Associates - Nursing Or - Diploma - Nursing
- Preferred - Bachelors - Nursing
- RN (Registered Nurse) Or APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Cardiovascular)
- 5 years' experience in Critical Care or Women's Services Nursing Leadership experience

Shift Hours: 6:45PM - 7:15AM
