BayCare Clinic Corporate Headquarters is looking for a Front Desk Assistant to join our team in Green Bay, WI. We’re looking for a compassionate, thoughtful candidate who wants to contribute to a positive experience for all our patients. This position is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, ideally morning shift but with flexibility between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. No Holidays! No Weekends!
The Clinic
BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties. We are a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital located in Green Bay, WI, offering us a built-in referral base. Each of our specialty practices have clinical autonomy and are financially sound.

The Job
- Greet, check in, and direct guests of Corporate Headquarters in a welcoming manner.
- Maintains security by following procedures and monitoring visitor access.
- Demonstrates effective, helpful and positive internal and external customer relations.
- Answers incoming telephone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously, transferring when and where appropriate, and taking messages when necessary.
- Sorts and distributes the mail and deliveries.
- Effectively utilizes a variety of office equipment.
- Provides administrative support to various Corporate Headquarters departments.
- Monitors kitchen and office supply inventory, ordering additional stock as necessary.
- Demonstrates effective listening and problem-solving skills in an effort to resolve issues.
- Accepts and processes patient payments in accordance with established procedures.
- Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet the needs of the organization.
- Respects and maintains confidentiality.
- Works in a safe, compliant and ethical manner at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
- Additional training or coursework in office administration or customer service is preferred.
- Considerable related experience strongly desired.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office is necessary. Knowledge of other applicable computer software applications and office equipment is also preferred.
- Must demonstrate effective organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills are a must.
