RN Clinical Manager, Home Health

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a full-time, Clinical Manager (RN required) for our Rudbeckia Division servicing our Springfield, MO location. As one of the Clinical Managers, you will lead the field staff in providing exceptional client service, clinical excellence, and adherence to policies and procedures. Clinical Managers are also accountable for internal case management, field staff evaluation and development.

Duties Of a Clinical Manager Include

• Directing and coordinating the care provided by a multi-disciplinary team of home health care professionals.
• Processing incoming referrals.
• Management and mentoring of Clinical Associates and field staff
• Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation of field staff
• Documentation review, including OASIS and Home Care Home Base (HCHB)
• Monitoring quality assurance and process improvement.
• Managing staff productivity, workflow management and overall case management.
• This is a full-time in-office position including client visits as necessary.
  
  

Qualifications

• An active Registered Nurse license in MO.
• Home Health experience highly desired.
• Recent Medicare Certified Home Health Care experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the Medicare Conditions of Participation and regulatory compliance.
• Thorough understanding of OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding.
• HCHB a plus.
• Strong people management and leadership experience highly desired.
• Must have current or previous management experience.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Acute, med/surge, and/or sub-acute experience preferred/required.
