What are the responsibilities and job description for the Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)/Home Health Aide (HHA) position at BAYADA Home Health Care?

As a member of our home care team, you will be valued, respected, and heard. Pay: up to $19-$21 per hour depending on experience. 4-12 hour shifts available. Talent Scout Bonus $500 for referrals that work 100 hours

BAYADA offers Home Health Aides (HHAs):
- Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA’s group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period.
- Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.

- Minimum one year work experience (does not have to be in the HHA field)
- Current CNA license or proof of HHA certificate with 75 hours or more, we can accept out of state license
- Activities of daily living
- Light housekeeping
- Bathing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Range of motion / exercises
- Transfers / use of mechanical lifting devices
- Assisting with ambulation
- Medication reminders
