Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality care to patients in Montgomery County.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and diagnose clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on evaluations and physician's orders.
- Continuously assess and revise client care plans.
- Educate clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities for independent living.
- Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
Requirements
- Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with current licensure.
- Minimum one year of recent work experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and assessment abilities.
