Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in either pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. Compensation and Schedule:
- Day, 2nd and Overnight Shifts of 8-12 hours
- Starting pay: $30-33 per hour (client-specific)
- Weekly paychecks

- Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
- Hands-on care with only one client per day
- Building client relationships and watching their milestones
- Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
- Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
- One year of experience working as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Trach experience preferred, but not required
