As a Caregiver / Home Health Aide, you will provide in-home care services following a plan of care developed by a registered nurse, including:
- Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, toileting, nail care)
- Activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance
- Range of motion exercises
- Assistance with ambulation and transfers (including mechanical lifts)
- Medication reminders
- Companionship and emotional support
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient
- Ability to follow a care plan and work independently
- Previous caregiver, HHA, PCA, CNA, or healthcare experience is a plus—but not required
