We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking line cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment through efficient washing and sanitizing processes.
- Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for various dishes.
- Support the culinary team during peak hours by ensuring that the kitchen remains organized and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Buss tables and clear away used dishes to maintain a tidy dining environment for guests.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Participate in cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and general upkeep of the kitchen area.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during service periods.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, including roles such as dishwasher, food prep, or similar positions.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
- Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus.
- Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain high standards of hygiene.
