Description

Bay Converting Inc. in Green Bay is actively looking for a Machine Operator to run the dryer sheet manufacturing equipment that will include unwinders, coaters, folders, slitters, and a cartoner. This role operates machines that fold both non-woven and paper material and troubleshoots any mechanical issues that occur. Paper converting experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily production is meeting schedule requirements.
• Checks incoming material for quality and quantity.
• Safely operates equipment and adheres to safety rules.
• Performs inspections and quality checks specific to the area.
• Operates forklift to move raw materials and unfinished goods.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2 years machine operating experience, preferred.
• Operating experience in converting environment, preferred.
• Experience utilizing electronic control panels, preferred.
