Screen Printing Operator
Bay Imprint is looking for an experienced and meticulous screen printer to reinforce our growing team in Easton, MD.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret screen printing job schedule and production orders
- Operate and maintain automatic screen printing press
- Prepare screens (cleaning, reclaiming, and coating) for printing
- Mix ink for Pantone matches
Qualifications:
- Five years experience in textile decoration preferred
- An obsession with detail, precision, cleanliness, and quality
- Ability to work and problem-solve independently under tight deadlines
- Full-time (37.5 to 40 hours) Mon-Fri availability
- Ability to be on feet/standing for 8-hour shift
