Position Summary
Unitec Distribution Systems is seeking a skilled Manual Screen Printer to support high-quality, production-based garment printing. This role focuses on consistency, efficiency, and meeting daily production standards in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate manual screen printing presses for production runs
- Set up and align screens for accurate registration
- Maintain print quality throughout runs
- Mix inks and manage flash and curing processes
- Coat, expose, clean, and reclaim screens
- Prepare and adjust artwork for screen printing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Meet production schedules and quality expectations
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating manual screen printing presses
- Experience coating, exposing, and reclaiming screens
- Working knowledge of plastisol inks
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
- Dependable and able to work effectively in a team environment
