What You’ll Do
Run the billing side of things
- Manage our annual billing cycle (from setup to rollout)
- Process payments, refunds, and account updates
- Reconcile accounts and figure out any discrepancies
- Handle monthly billing tasks including suspensions and reinstatements
- Pull and analyze reports to monitor performance and member engagement
- Be a trusted, friendly resource to members for billing and membership questions
- Guide new members through their first billing cycle
- Resolve issues with empathy, accuracy, and a focus on creating a positive and delightful experience
- Identify opportunities to improve the member journey and share feedback with internal teams
- Assist with reporting and tracking of membership statistics
- Support reconciliation of education and event revenue
- Partner with the accounting team to ensure accurate membership revenue recognition
- Jump in where needed—this role is pretty cross-functional
- Experience in billing, AR, or similar work
- Comfortable working with numbers and pulling reports
- Strong attention to detail (this part matters a lot)
- Good communicator—email phone
- Someone reliable who takes ownership and follows through
