Title: Regional Operations Coordinator (IL)
Reports to: Business Analyst
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Run biweekly and monthly reports and distribute to sales team to maintain quote status.
· Assist sales team with administrative support including but not limited to the setup of new customers, purchase order and change order requests and other customer communication as requested.
· Maintain and update jobs as requested by sales and operations team.
· Maintain and update employee records in NexGen, including certifications, apprenticeship slips, and employment status.
· Track, monitor, and communicate problems, inconsistencies, etc. with data and processes.
· Process weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as directed.
· Support meetings and training sessions to improve operational efficiency within each branch.
· Provide administrative support for refinery operations in Illinois, ensuring smooth execution of projects.
- Assist in Turn Around event setup, ensuring accurate allocation of labor and equipment.
- Audit daily on-site labor allocations and reconcile with payroll entries for weekly billing during Turn Around events.
- Audit daily equipment allocations to ensure proper monthly billing during Turn Around events.
- Perform other functions and duties as assigned.
