Project Manager
What You'll Do
You'll own the financial performance, execution, and customer experience across multiple construction projects at once.
This isn't a desk-only project management role. You'll lead through Field Supervisors, remove roadblocks, keep projects moving, and make sure every job is delivered safely, profitably, and on schedule.
You'll be the person connecting operations, customers, vendors, materials, schedules, and budgets.

- Projects finish on time and meet profitability targets
- Field Supervisors have the support, resources, and direction they need to execute
- Customers stay informed and confident throughout the project lifecycle
- Materials arrive when needed without excessive inventory or waste
- Risks are identified early and addressed before they impact schedule or margin
- Documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
What You'll Own
Project Performance
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kickoff through closeout
- Own project profitability, forecasting, budgets, schedules, and resource planning
- Monitor labor productivity, costs, and project health across the portfolio
- Review and approve change orders while evaluating their impact on cost, labor, materials, and timelines
Leadership
- Lead field supervisors responsible for daily jobsite execution
- Set clear expectations around safety, quality, productivity, and accountability
- Support supervisors by removing obstacles and helping them solve problems quickly
- Build a culture focused on execution, communication, and continuous improvement
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project
- Provide updates, address concerns, and manage expectations proactively
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to keep projects moving
Materials & Procurement
- Plan and manage material purchases across active projects
- Ensure crews have what they need when they need it
- Minimize waste, over-ordering, and unnecessary inventory costs
Project Controls
- Review dashboards, schedules, labor reports, RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, and project risks
- Conduct regular cost reviews, forecasting sessions, and manpower planning meetings
- Maintain complete project documentation, including contracts, meeting notes, change orders, RFIs, and closeout records

Reporting Structure
Reports to: Vice President of Operations
Leads: Field Supervisors across multiple active job sites
What You Bring
- Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong financial and operational acumen
- Ability to lead through others while remaining hands-on when needed
- Confidence communicating with customers, vendors, and field teams
- Strong planning, forecasting, and organizational skills
- A bias toward action and accountability
- Experience using project management and construction software platforms such as Contractor Foreman or similar systems
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
