Job Description: Environmental Services Tech Maintains a clean, sanitary and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff SKILLS AND ABILITIES Displays the ability to read and write in the English language Exhibits the ability to deal effectively interdepartmentally & with the public Exhibits the ability to maintain confidentiality, think and act independently with minimal supervision Exhibits the ability to competently use industrial cleaning solutions and equipment; vacuum cleaner, wet/dry vacuums, trash compactor Maintains regular, consistent and punctual attendance at the assigned job location EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES High school or equivalent preferred Current Oregon Driver’s license preferred EXPERIENCE A minimum of three (3) months experience performing some type of commercial cleaning duties Healthcare experience preferred GENERAL INFORMATION Union Affiliation: UFCW The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position.
