Bay Area Compliance Laboratories, Corp. (BACL) tests the latest products for Electromagnetic Interference (EMI), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), Radio Communications, Telecommunications, Product Safety, and Energy Efficiency before products marketed around the world.
We are looking for a motivated, self-driven individual as an Account Executive - you will identify new opportunities and follow up on potential leads utilizing an award-winning sales process.
Job Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to those listed below
- Develop new sales opportunities for testing and certification services through proactive outreach and account prospecting.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets with consistent follow-through and strategic planning.
- Prepare clear and competitive quotations and deliver effective presentations to potential clients.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers to understand their needs and ensure requirements align with BACL’s capabilities by coordinating with Engineering, Sales, and Management teams.
- Manage accounts to support strong client relationships and ensure a positive, reliable customer experience.
- Understand and follow BACL’s Quality System, including applicable procedures and expectations.
Mandatory Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, consulting, or regulatory compliance
- Experience or interest in sales, customer support and account management
Preferred Qualifications
- Able to successfully manage a sales portfolio and work towards assigned goals
- Employs sales techniques, including effective questioning and objection handling
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining effective attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills conducive to team development; ability to work effectively at all levels and across functions within an organization
- Ability to succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Level experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
