Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Tech to support our properties in the Woodsville, NH area. This role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure properties are safe and well‑maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on building systems including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural elements.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers.
- Inspect properties regularly to identify issues, schedule repairs, and maintain safety and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs.
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- Document all work completed and communicate status updates to property management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
- 2 years of experience in property or facility maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems efficiently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
- Pay range: $25–$30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
- Part- time position with opportunities for overtime.
