Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable Cleaner to support residential and/or commercial properties in the Hampton, NH area. This role is primarily seasonal during the summer, with consistent Saturday hours and additional shifts available based on business needs.
Schedule
- Summer: 6–8 hours every Saturday (consistent)
- Additional Hours: Occasional Thursday and Friday shifts (6–8 hours) based on need
- Flexible, as-needed scheduling outside of peak season
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain residential and/or commercial units between occupancies or as scheduled
- Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces
- Remove trash and ensure units are ready for incoming residents or tenants
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management
- Follow company standards and cleaning procedures
Qualifications
- Prior cleaning experience preferred (residential, commercial, or hospitality)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Good communication skills
