Are you a professional who takes pride in your work? Do you believe that a job isn’t done until it’s done right? Nicole’s Commercial & Residential Cleaning LLC is looking for two dedicated part-time cleaners to join our growing team in the Somersworth/Rochester and Alton/Wolfeboro areas.

The Opportunity: Perfect Second Income
This is an ideal role for someone looking for a steady second income with the independence to work without a manager looking over your shoulder. You choose the locations that work for you!
- Rochester: Wednesdays (7 PM – 10 PM) & Sundays (3 hours, flexible start, must finish by 7 PM).
- Somersworth: Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, & Sundays (9 PM – 1 AM). Hours vary based on events.
- Alton (Medical Facility): Wednesdays (8 PM – 12 AM) & flexible weekend shift (4 hours, must finish by 7 PM Sunday).
- Wolfeboro (Commercial): Tuesdays, Thursdays, & flexible weekend shift (must finish by 7 PM Sunday).
- Wolfeboro (Campus Housing): Every other Friday (10 AM – 2 PM). Work alongside Nicole or another team member!
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $23.00/hour (Commensurate with professional experience).

- Professionalism: You must have professional cleaning experience (residential or commercial). Cleaning your own home does not count.
- Reliability: You have a strong work ethic, your own reliable vehicle, and a track record of being highly dependable.
- Independence: You are comfortable working alone in secure buildings and can work confidently without supervision.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift 30 lbs, bend, squat, and climb without limitations.
- Integrity: Must pass a criminal background check and provide verified professional references (we will call them).

Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of designated areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Execute industrial cleaning tasks
- Maintain cleanliness in warehouse settings by organizing and cleaning workspaces effectively.
- Conduct custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure a tidy environment.
- Fabricate cleaning solutions as necessary for specific cleaning tasks while following safety guidelines.
- Handle heavy lifting of equipment or
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience warehouse settings, or industrial/commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and the ability to follow detailed instructions is essential.
- Strong physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed based on operational requirements.
