Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care within scope of practice for assigned patients in home health under the direction of a registered nurse within the nursing team.  
• Must be competent in a wide variety of nursing skills.
• Adher to all standards of nursing care and promote a team effort among co-workers.
• Collaborate with all members of the health care team with a focus on promoting evidence based care within a healing culture for the patient population served and their families.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. 
• Licensure:  Current Arkansas or Compact State PN License in good standing. Valid and clean Driver’s License, reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance to complete home visits.  Active personal automobile liability insurance coverage consisting of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident for bodily injury required. 
• Experience: Minimum of one year acute care nursing experience required.  Previous nursing experience in a medical-surgical environment preferred. 
• Certification:  BLS required.  
• Other:  Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.  Basic computer knowledge required.  Driving required.

This position is deemed safety sensitive in accordance with Arkansas Act 593 governing Medical Marijuana.
