SUMMARY: This position is filled by a licensed practical nurse who, as a result of educational and clinical experience, possesses the advanced knowledge and clinical skills necessary to provide expert nursing care and ensures quality focused and cost-effective care delivery outcomes. Responsible for adhering to all standards of nursing care and promoting a team effort among co-workers. Responsible and accountable to know, own and energize the vision, mission, values and standards of the hospital.
BAXTER HEALTH COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
Understands and adheres to Baxter Health standards as they appear in Dynamic Health and Healthstream Policy Manager.
Required to work with the Clinic Manager regularly to carryout, initiate and/or implement best practices for the Baxter Health Clinics.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Licensure: Current Arkansas or Compact State Practical Nurse license in good standing.
Experience: Willing to train recent LPN graduate. Previous clinic experience desired.
Certifications: BLS required.
Other: Ability to read, write and communicate effectively. Basic computer knowledge required.

Must be able to handle highly stressful situations with efficiency and composure.

This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Flexible work schedule, 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts.
