Role Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care within the LPN scope of practice.
- Assist with admissions, discharges, assessments, and care planning.
- Communicate patient conditions and updates to the care team.
- Support patient and family education.
- Collaborate to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Delegate tasks and guide support staff as appropriate.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Current LPN license or eligibility in the state.
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
- IV certification and other relevant unit-specific certifications.
- Previous clinical nursing experience.
