SUMMARY: The Director of Market Analysis and Development plays a key role in defining and executing Baxter Health’s continued growth strategy through effective business development and management. Serves as a Leader in the organization and role models and upholds the Baxter Health Mission, Purpose and Values.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or Associate or Bachelor Degree in Nursing with relevant work experience.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in market strategy and development or an equivalent combination of relevant education/experience. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience developing hospital/provider relationships, showing consistent achievement and growth required. Two (2) or more years of sales/sales management experience preferred. Three (3) or more years of project management experience preferred.
Licensure: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, if applicable. ADN required, BSN preferred, if applicable. Valid and clean Driver’s License, reliable transportation and agency required liability insurance. Active personal automobile liability insurance coverage consisting of $100,000 per person and $300,000 per accident for bodily injury required.
Other: Must possess a collaborative, respectful management style, be ambitious and results oriented. Ability to effectively manage stress due to deadlines, financial goals and changes in priorities due to uncontrollable outside factors. A passion for business planning and development, as well as thinking strategically for business planning, development and implementation is required. The ability to develop relationships with clients at the highest level is required. A solid understanding of Baxter Health markets, service lines, and clinical contacts is required.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a position in a hospital setting which is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Flexible work schedule, 5 days a week, Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts. Many activities and functions take place outside the office/hospital setting and willingness to work some nights and weekends is required.
