Front Desk Patient Coordinator – Baxter Dental Center (Baraboo, WI)
35 hours per week | Monday–Friday
Baxter Dental Center is a friendly, patient-focused dental office in Baraboo, and we’re looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Front Desk Patient Coordinator to join our team.
As the first smile our patients see and the first voice they hear, you play a huge role in creating a positive experience. If you enjoy helping people, staying organized, and being part of a supportive team, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable from the moment they arrive
- Answer phones, manage messages, and schedule appointments
- Assist with insurance information and patient billing questions
- Collect payments and help patients understand their financial responsibilities
- Support the clinical team with administrative tasks and paperwork
- Keep the front desk organized and the day running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, professional communication and a calm, positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and dental software
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy times
- Prior front desk/medical/dental experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
