We’re seeking passionate Independent Sales Representatives to promote our brand nationwide and drive growth in the luxury furniture market.
The Opportunity:
As an Independent Sales Representative, you’ll promote Bausman’s premium furniture in a non-exclusive, nationwide territory covering the entire United States. This is a commission-only role with a competitive 10-15% commission structure on net sales, offering earning potential of $150,000-$250,000 annually for top performers. Additional perks include quarterly bonuses ($1,500 for hitting targets) and an annual President’s Club bonus (up to $7,500) for exceeding goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with high-end retailers, interior designers, architects, and hospitality clients across the USA.
Actively solicit orders for Bausman’s handmade furniture, leveraging provided marketing materials and product training.
Attend major trade shows (e.g., High Point Market, Las Vegas Market, ICFF) to showcase our collections.
Provide market feedback to support our national expansion in the luxury segment.
What We’re Looking For:
1 years of experience as an independent sales rep in luxury furniture, home décor, or related high-end markets.
Established network of contacts in furniture showrooms, design firms, or hospitality sectors in key U.S. markets (e.g., New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, Dallas).
Proven track record of driving sales for premium, custom, or artisanal products.
Self-motivated, professional, and able to thrive in a commission-only structure.
