What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender position at BAUS?
Our bar program is intentional and seasonal. Cocktails are crafted. Menus evolve. Ingredients rotate. Every drink has a reason it’s on the list. This role is for someone who takes pride in that and enjoys walking guests through it.

What you’ll be doing:
- Executing BAUS’ seasonal cocktail menus with consistency and intention
- Engaging guests at the bar and in the space. ( Explaining, guiding, and connecting )
- Maintaining the rhythm of the evening: calm, confident, in control
- Upholding a bar experience.
- Being a key part of the nighttime identity of BAUS

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
