What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista/Bartender position at BAUS?
We’re looking for a morning barista/bartender who genuinely loves people. Someone who remembers names, orders, stories and understands that the best coffee or drink is the one served with real conversation.
Most of our morning guests are barbershop regulars. They have their go-to orders. They’re loyal. They’re part of the BAUS family. This role is about owning that energy and creating an atmosphere where people feel welcomed, seen, and excited to come back for their next visit.

- You can read a room, keep the flow moving, and still make every guest feel personal

What you’ll be doing:
- Making coffee and daytime drinks with intention and consistency
- Engaging with barbershop clients and regulars, remembering names and orders matters here
- Setting the tone, answering the phone for appointments, inquiries, etc
- Prepping/Setting the bar for success ( cutting fruit, juicing, making syrups, etc)

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
