Baumgartner Custom Builders (BCB) is seeking two seasoned and driven Construction Superintendents to join our elite team. As a Superintendent at BCB, you'll take the lead on-site, overseeing complex, architecturally significant residential and boutique commercial builds. This role demands technical excellence, leadership finesse, and the confidence to manage high-stakes, high-finish projects from pre-construction through to punch.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities with accountability for project success.
- Execute complex building plans with an emphasis on custom detailing and high-end finishes.
- Coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain schedule integrity and craftsmanship.
- Utilize Procore to manage digital plans, daily logs, RFIs, punch lists, and documentation.
- Implement lean construction tools such as pull schedules, lookahead planning, and constraint tracking.
- Anticipate and resolve field issues with creative problem-solving and real-time decision-making.
- Maintain strong site safety practices and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with project managers, clients, architects, and field crews.
- Represent BCB with professionalism and integrity in all client and stakeholder interactions.
Skills
- 7 years of high-end residential or boutique commercial construction as a superintendent.
- Deep technical knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
- Strong proficiency in Procore or similar construction management platforms.
- Exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Experience in managing the full project life cycle from pre-construction to final walkthrough.
- High school diploma or GED required; advanced certifications preferred.
- BEST license/certification required prior to start.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead through influence and example.
