Housekeeping (FT)- (Laundry, Housepersons, Room Attendants)
Barista (Part Time) Evenings & Weekends
Server (Part Time) Evenings & Weekends
Food Runner (Part Time) Evenings & Weekends
Line Cook (FT/PT) requires weekend availability
Customer Service Coordinators (Part Time) requires weekend availability
Guest Services (Full Time) requires weekend availability
Night Audit (Full time & Part Time) 11PM-7AM Shift
Job Duties:
Barista/Starbucks
Requires past Barista or Bartending experience, weekend availability is required.
Makes Specialty Hot & Cold Beverages, follows proper sanitizing processes and
Cashier/ Point of Sale experience is also required.
Server
Past table service exp. and weekend availability is required (banquet exp. is a plus)
Provides guest with overview of menu choices, takes guest’s order and provides explanation of menu as appropriate.
Server & Food Runner
Prepares order for presentation to guest, replenishes water/beverages
Clears tables throughout the dining experience using proper methods for removing dishes, glassware and silverware, cleans tables, chairs and floor area, resets table quickly, Polishes silver and folds linens. Assists service team as necessary to meet and exceed the guests’ expectations.
Customer Service Coordinators
Greets guests, assists them in getting to proper shuttle bus for transport to and from Port Canaveral. Requires working outdoors and ability assist guest with luggage (push pull & lift up to 50 Lbs.)
Guest Services & Night Audit
Greets guests, check in/out, makes local recommendations knowledge of local area is a plus. Requires a good Hospitality personality and Cashier/POS experience.
Full time employees are eligible for benefits after 60 days.
