We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Hotel Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality. Prior housekeeping or custodial experience—especially in a hotel setting—is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities
- Perform floor‑care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Handle laundry operations: washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly
- Follow all safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals responsibly
- Uphold hotel standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and guest service
- Assist with inventory control for cleaning supplies and equipment
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping or custodial experience is highly desirable
- Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and janitorial practices
- Experience with floor‑care equipment (e.g., buffers, carpet extractors) is a plus
- Understanding of hospitality cleanliness standards and guest service expectations
- Leadership or supervisory experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is beneficial for advancement
- Strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a professional, guest‑focused attitude
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
