What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the management of tire center sales and service operation.
- Achieve budgeted sales and profit objectives.
- Sell product via phone sales to an established list of customer accounts.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding sales or complaints.
- Greet and service in-store customers.
- Develop and open new accounts.
- Schedule automotive maintenance as well as assigning work to technicians.
- Develop cost estimates.
- Inform customers on the status of their repairs.
- Provide customer recommendations and ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Tire experience preferred
