What You’ll Do:
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Complete all daily operations concerning filing of invoices, adjustments, bookkeeping, bank deposits, and other data handling activities at our service center.
- Ensure that appropriate accounting controls and records are maintained.
- Assist with sales by greeting customers, taking messages or answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and preparing work orders for our service department.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns professionally.
- Provide additional support to the store operations as needed.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
