This role is essential in supporting our executive leadership and ensuring smooth communication between the corporate office and our store locations.
Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will provide day-to-day administrative support to our executive team and act as a key point of communication between the corporate office and store managers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment with discretion and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to executive leadership (scheduling, document preparation, meeting coordination, etc.)
• Serve as a primary liaison for communication between executives and store-level teams
• Assist with drafting, translating, and distributing company communications (must be fluent in English and Spanish)
• Maintain organized records, reports, and internal documentation
• Coordinate projects and ensure follow-ups are completed on time
• Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Qualifications:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role (restaurant industry experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools
