Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Intake Specialist to join our team on-site in Clearwater, FL. The Intake Specialist will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in gathering and organizing case information. Responsibilities include conducting interviews with clients, providing exceptional customer service, verifying insurance details, and ensuring accurate documentation of case-related information. This role requires excellent communication skills, a compassionate approach, and strong attention to detail.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Client Intake and Customer Service to manage inquiries, provide support, and collect case details professionally and empathetically.
