- Diagnose and perform repairs on mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and other consumer electronics using hand tools and schematics.
- Replace automotive batteries safely and efficiently.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive customer relationships.
- Answer customer questions and explain repair or replacement services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
- Handle customer devices and vehicles with care and attention to detail.
