We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers and doing different tasks around the office.
Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally at the front desk, creating a friendly first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide information effectively
- Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry tools to document interactions and update records accurately
- Assist with office management tasks such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and organizing documents
- Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions
- Maintain organized files and records through diligent filing practices and data entry procedures
- Print and sign out personal loans
- Making Calls to Customers about their accounts
- Taking payments in the office and over the phone
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or customer service roles with strong organizational skills
- Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), and data entry applications
- Strong phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines is beneficial
