We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Warehouse Team Member to join our **Joplin** team. No battery experience needed — bring the work ethic and the attitude, and we'll invest the time to teach you everything else.

• What Your Days Look Like

You'll be moving, organizing, and keeping things running behind the scenes: safely operating forklifts, stocking and organizing batteries, pulling and staging customer orders, managing inventory counts, and keeping the warehouse clean and efficient. You'll work closely with your teammates, communicate clearly, and help build a culture where safety and accountability aren't just policies — they're how we take care of each other.

• Who You Are

You're organized, reliable, and thrive in a hands-on environment. You take initiative, sweat the details, and genuinely enjoy pulling your weight on a team. Previous warehouse or delivery experience is a plus, but what matters most is that you show up ready to work and ready to grow with us. You're physically up for the job — lifting, loading, staying on your feet — and comfortable using basic computer and inventory systems. A valid driver's license is required.

About Battery Outfitters Inc

In 1980, Battery Outfitters opened in Golden, Missouri, selling batteries primarily for the automotive, commercial, and marine industries. In 1996, we added a full line of batteries for household goods to our line of products. Back then, the concept of a battery shop was new to the industry. Yet we took the leap and opened our first retail store in Joplin, MO that same year.
