What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet company goals.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Track and support performance against key metrics (KPIs) to ensure business success.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support technical offerings such as battery testing, installations, and device repair.
- Maintain store appearance, safety compliance, and operational standards.
- Grow business by driving retail sales and expanding commercial accounts.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or retail management preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of retail management and supervisory experience.
- Experience in commercial sales is desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service abilities.
- Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and problem-solve effectively.
- Technical aptitude for light repair, battery testing, and installation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
- Flexible schedule availability, including weekends, evenings, and occasional travel.
