What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you'll take the lead in creating a high-performing, customer-focused store environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Business: Oversee all store operations, including retail and commercial sales
- Build a Winning Team: Train, coach, and inspire your team to perform at their best
- Drive Results: Grow sales through lead generation, service offerings (like device repair and key fobs), and customer relationships
- Own the Floor: Manage inventory, merchandising, and overall store presentation
- Strengthen Connections: Develop and maintain relationships with commercial customers
- Support Operations: Occasionally assist with local deliveries
- Promote Safety: Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a safe work environment
What We're Looking For

- 3 years of retail management experience (durable goods preferred)

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
