Baton Rouge Restoration & Remediation is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee residential restoration and reconstruction projects in the New Orleans area. We are seeking a motivated professional who can manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage residential construction and restoration projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain clear communication with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and office staff.
- Prepare project documentation, progress updates, and change orders.
- Resolve job site issues promptly and professionally.
- Experience managing residential construction or restoration projects.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read construction plans and scopes of work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
- Must be able to communicate in Spanish.
