RN - Cardiac Rehab (PRN)

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassionate, detail-oriented nursing professionals with excellent communication and critical thinking skills

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required within one year of hire

• Current Louisiana RN licensure required

What You Will Do:

Coordinate and deliver high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions in collaboration with the patient, their family, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.

• Collect and prioritize comprehensive physical and psychosocial health data for each patient

• Analyze assessments to determine nursing diagnoses and establish patient-centered outcomes

• Develop and revise interdisciplinary care plans aligned with nursing standards and patient needs

• Provide direct patient care and implement prescribed medical and nursing interventions

• Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and discharge procedures

• Delegate appropriate tasks while ensuring accountability for overall patient care

• Continuously evaluate patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly

• Document all assessments, interventions, treatments, and patient education accurately and promptly
