Experience Requirements:
- Two years of acute care clinical experience in related area(s) and/or service line if BSN; additional experience required if RN only.
- Clinical education and/or Professional Development experience preferred.
- Certification in area(s) of nursing practice or professional development preferred.
- Educational Requirements:
- Current RN license in the state of Louisiana.
- BSN or RN with equivalent work experience.

- Act as a resource, change agent, and mentor for clinical staff, promoting lifelong learning and professional growth.
- Facilitate needs assessments, identify gaps, and implement evidence-based initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate orientation programs and competency validations for new hires and transfers.
- Plan and deliver value-added learning activities to improve patient care and outcomes.
- Collaborate with interprofessional teams to support nursing practice and professional development.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Represent Clinical Education and Professional Development at committees, workgroups, and regulatory surveys.
