What You’ll Do
- Assist Lead Installers with bath and shower installations
- Remove old tubs and showers
- Help install new premium Jacuzzi systems
- Learn plumbing connections, carpentry, and finish work
- Work inside customers’ homes delivering a clean finished product
- Keep job sites organized and professional
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working with tools and hands on projects
- Willingness to learn a skilled trade
- Positive attitude and team mindset
- Construction or trades experience is helpful but not required
- Paid training with experienced installers
- Year round, steady work
- Clear path to Lead Installer
- Earn more than union wages once promoted to Lead Installer
- Many Lead Installers earn $100K per year
