What You’ll Do
- Connect with homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi bath remodel.
- Follow up on leads and guide potential customers through the next step in our process.
- Schedule design consultations and help keep the sales pipeline moving.
- Learn how to confidently handle objections and set appointments.
- Play a key role in helping BathWorks grow.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, professional phone presence.
- A self-motivated, competitive mindset.
- Someone who enjoys working toward goals and being rewarded for results.
- Ability to commute to our Byron Center office.
- Availability for one of the following consistent schedules:
- Monday - Friday 11:30 am - 8pm
- Saturday - Wednesday 10 am - 6:30 pm
- Sales, customer service, or call center experience is helpful, but not required.
- Hourly base pay plus uncapped bonus potential.
- Typical earnings of $50,000–$70,000 annually.
