This role is responsible for receiving and staging materials, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining clean, organized warehouse environments.
This position requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently, manage time effectively, and travel — including overnight travel — between warehouse locations as needed to ensure inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Stage, organize, and store warehouse materials
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse environments
- Manage inventory levels and track materials across multiple warehouse locations
- Coordinate and oversee shipments between warehouses
- Travel to other warehouse locations, including overnight travel when required, to manage inventory and shipments
- Operate and drive a box truck as needed
- Assist with event setup and teardown when required
- Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve discrepancies
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Basic technology experience (inventory systems, mobile apps, spreadsheets)
- Ability to consistently lift and carry 60 lbs
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving a box truck
- Willingness and ability to travel, including overnight travel
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious

- Prolonged standing, walking, bending, and climbing
