The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the continued staffing and stability of our current locations by managing recruiting efforts for operational backfills and ongoing hiring needs. This role partners closely with General Managers and the HR team to ensure locations remain appropriately staffed and hiring processes run smoothly.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the continued staffing and stability of our current locations by managing recruiting efforts for operational backfills and ongoing hiring needs. This role partners closely with General Managers and the HR team to ensure locations remain appropriately staffed and hiring processes run smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage recruiting efforts for backfills and ongoing hiring needs across existing locations
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
- Review incoming applications and conduct initial candidate screenings
- Present qualified candidates to General Managers for further interview stages
- Partner with General Managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
- Collaborate with HR to ensure hiring processes align with company policies and onboarding needs
- Maintain organized candidate pipelines and talent pools for frequently hired positions
- Track candidate progress and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Communicate with candidates throughout the early stages of the hiring process to ensure a positive experience
- 1-2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or related experience
- Experience supporting high-volume or operational hiring environments preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working cross-functionally with operations leaders and HR teams
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms is preferred, specifically Rippling & Greenhouse.
- Proactive and resourceful approach to sourcing and candidate engagement
- Salary: $90,000 - $95,000
